ECS 1000
​M-Series: Anti-Corrosion Ultrahydrophobic Heat Transfer Coating

ECS 1000 Heat Transfer Coating is a premium thermal transfer coating designed specifically for the automotive industry. It has an extremely high thermal conductivity that acts to quickly and efficiently transfer heat energy away from the source. ECS 1000 is also extremely durable and has excellent adhesion to almost any metal or polymer substrate. It protects coated components from moisture, corrosion, and most chemicals. All ECS 1000 Series coatings are fluoropolymer free. The coatings are easy to apply and offer best in class moisture and corrosion protection. Available in clear and black.

ECS 1100 Anti-Friction Coating is the ultimate dry film lubricant and protective coating for automotive components. ECS 1100 is slick, highly durable, and provides unmatched anti-corrosion protection. It is the perfect dry film lubricant for maximum long-term performance. ECS 1100 creates a permanent covalent bond with metal or polymer surfaces. Application is so thin that it does not alter component dimensions or tolerances. ECS 1200
M-Series: Anti-Corrosion Ultrahydrophobic Heat Insulating Coating

ECS 1200 Thermal Barrier Coating is a high performance protective coating formulated to reduce radiated heat. Extremely durable and provides best in class thermal protection at temperatures of up to 1600°F (871°C). Applied to almost any metal, composite, or semi-rigid plastic substrate. It is an easy to apply one-component formulation. ECS 1200 is solvent based, VOC exempt and environmentally friendly. It provides excellent corrosion resistance. ECS 1200 is designed for use on automotive components such as engine headers, engine manifolds, exhaust pipes, heat shields, exhaust mufflers and catalytic converters.
